So what if they test on animals???

A cow and sheep pastured together in South AfricaImage via Wikipedia

"When a cow is slaughtered, about 1/2 of it is not consumed by humans; this includes the intestines and their contents, the head and hooves, the horns as well as the bones and blood. These are dumped into a giant grinder at a rendering plant, as well s the entire bodies of cows and other farm animals known to be diseased.
Another staple at the rendering plant is euthanized pets- 6 or 7 million a year, and then added to this is road kill. FYI, Road kill is not collected daily.
When this disgusting mix is ground and steam cooked the fats that come to the top gets refined for use in cosmetics, lubricants and soaps." Mad Cowboy by Howard F. Lyman.

When you leave meat out it spoils and smells. To hide that cosmetic companies use synthetic fragrances and preservatives. Your skin is your largest organ, and acts like a sponge, what you put on you is in every major organ in 26 seconds. Synthetic fragrance and preservatives are toxic to your body. That is why you would want to look for vegan certified products.
